Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. In-App Purchase Processing

PopCoins and premium subscriptions are purchased exclusively through third-party billing ecosystems:

• Apple App Store (iOS): All payments are processed by Apple Inc. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's billing policies and refund decisions control; we cannot initiate or override refunds on Apple's platform.
• Google Play Store (Android): All Android payments are processed by Google. You may request refunds within 48 hours directly on the Google Play Store. For assistance, contact Google Play support.

2. Consumable Digital Items (PopCoins & Gifts)

• No Cash Value: PopCoins are a virtual, in-application currency. They have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be traded or refunded outside the application.
• No Refunds: All purchases of PopCoins are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Gifts and Diamonds: Once PopCoins are spent on sending interactive virtual gifts, they are converted into Diamonds for the receiving creator. These transactions are immediate, final, and non-refundable.

3. Creator Subscriptions & Memberships

• Cancellation: You can cancel recurring subscriptions or creator memberships at any time through your iOS or Android account settings.
• Access: Access to creator-exclusive features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. Past billing periods are not eligible for partial or pro-rated refunds.

4. Policy Violations & Forfeiture

• If an account is permanently banned or suspended for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, all remaining PopCoin and Diamond balances are immediately and permanently forfeited without refund, compensation, or credit.
